Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected, well-established downtown San Diego law firm to identify an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal to join its employment practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with five or more years of employment law litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and brings deep expertise in California employment law and litigation procedures. Employment Litigation Paralegal Key Qualifications:

  • Apply strong knowledge of California and federal civil procedure, including local rules, filing deadlines, and litigation requirements
  • Draft, review, and organize employment-related pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, discovery, declarations, and correspondence
  • Prepare and manage written discovery, discovery outlines, deposition materials, subpoenas, and deposition scheduling
  • Coordinate expert witnesses and support case development through document organization and trial preparation
  • Maintain electronic and physical case files using Eclipse and other legal platforms, while providing administrative support such as scanning, emailing, and file organization.
